Fishers Of Men by Daniel Phillips 1/24/2019
Become a fishers of men
The soil of the soul has
to be plowed by truth
For the seed to take root
The Holy Spirit dwells
Within flesh and bone
Within the whosoever
They will rejoice forever
Some water, some plant
But God gives the increase
The fields of the soul
By the word will grow
Become a fishers of men
The soil of the soul has
to be plowed by truth
For the seed to take root
See the world so wide
The harvest is ripe
But labors are few
So how about you?
Who is it that preached
The cross of Jesus
So that you would know?
So will you not also go?
Become a fishers of men
The soil of the soul has
to be plowed by truth
For the seed to take root

Gravity

Gravity by Daniel Phillips 1/23/2019

The gravity of
the universe has mass
The gravity of
Creation has weight
The gravity of
The present Situation
Will pull you down
Away from salvation
The total collapse
Of the sinners soul
Breaks like glass
Lies take their final toll
from prophecy births a
Supernatural phenomenon
Shining on too Bethlehem
An Again in a tomb at dawn
Pure blood flows
From God at Calvary
A loving invitation
to come be set free

The Energy of evil
Brings forth great
Judgement and wrath
With a sudden ferocity

At the same time
For those who find
The gift of Jesus
will not be left behind

This is the reality
of what was and is
and the going to be
Of what the truth is

The gravity of
the universe has mass
The gravity of
Creation has weight

Freeway

Freeway by Daniel Phillips 1/23/2019
Freeway , Freeway
Their on the freeway
And there’s traffic jam
Heading to be damned
Eyes that see
Eyes that are blind.
Ears that hear
Ears that are deaf
Solid stone
For their heart
Unwilling to let
It open to Jesus
The Philosophy
Of heaven
Is written in
The letters of God
Foolishness
Is really wisdom
That the world
Cannot comprehend
Soon the light
will appear suddenly
And the future will
change dramatically
Freeway , Freeway
Their on the freeway
And there’s traffic jam
Heading to be damned

Be A Friend

Be A Friend by Daniel Phillips 1/21/2019
I can see your soul is not well
I can hear your heading to hell
would I be a friend an say nothing?
tell me what kind of friend would I be?
not trying to make myself right
not trying to cause some fight
just wanna to give you what's true
What’s been said by God above
money won’t buy what is given free
He died an rose for you and me
there's a lot of wrong said in a crowd
To puff up the chest of the proud
not trying to make myself right
just trying to shine on you His light
This whole world is on foreign soil
And you are behind the enemy lines
You swallow the world’s many views
My friends and In the end you lose
I did not write what was written
Came by, him who rose from the dead
It’s not wrong to judge a obvious thing
I can tell that Jesus is not your King
It pains me so,oh don’t you know
On where you’re going to go
not trying to make myself right
not trying to cause some fight
just wanna give you what's true
What’s been said by God above
